Event Management & Wedding Planning

Our innovative Event Management and Wedding Planning model is designed with balance, organization, transparency, and most importantly, thorough communication. Once you place the trust of your vision with us, we will prepare your personal Wedding Planning on-line digital profile and provide you with your very own log-in to your personal portal. With this portal, you will have all of your event information at your fingertips as we help you navigate your custom dashboard, timeline, to-do list, inspiration board, floorplan, seating chart, questionnaire, itinerary, vendor contacts, and more! You will have access to your complete wedding planning information in real time, and at any time you want. We will continually update your portal as we move through the event planning process, keeping you informed every step of the way, and we are of course available for an unlimited number of phone calls and emails!

We will coordinate with you in providing all Event Management and Wedding Planning services to include the following:

• Meet with you to understand your vision for your wedding.

• Discuss and plan the scope of your wedding with you to include schedules, logistics, vendors, décor and budget.

• Provide references and guidance with select vendors and bid and contract review.

• Liaising event logistics with vendors.

• Provide venue furniture layout and floorplan.

• Liaison event décor design with you and/or florist, assist with wedding day decorating and packing up of décor at the end of event.

• Produce and manage day-of event itinerary.

• Oversee gift collection and distribute vendor tips as applicable.

• Coordinate and manage ceremony rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.

• Set-up and breakdown of all Venue furniture.

• Clean-up of entire facility.
